This is Blackie, our guest from Jodi's familyfrom the SHS list. All of you ladies reading this all know who she is. Blackie has been to Greenland with dad twice and she also came with us to Maine. She is right now posing on top of my piano music on our way up to the store at the campground. They have a piano up there-very out of tune but a piano no less.
This week at the library I stumbled upon this great new mystery series. They are about Jane Austen solving mysteries interspersed throughout her writing career. Such as, with this book, she is just now getting the framework for writing "Emma." I'll post a book review when I'm done on Musical Mermaid.
Hannah is the rather quiet one in the house. She will just sit and play with her barbies, teddy, or look at books while the other kids are running around through the house. She also likes to shadow me through the house, usually saying "what are you doing? can I help? Are you making food??"
There are many things that have the word "pink" in them. Here are a few!
Pink Panther
Pink Floyd
P!nk Herself
Pink Lemonade
The Pink Spiders
And last but not least, pink foot!
And, just What is pink foot? You ask...Pink foot is a rare case indeed. It happens when one spills half a bottle of pink nailpolish onto ones foot. Also, resulting in pink rug and floor as well! To avoid contracting this awful disease, please paint nails either outside or on newspaper. Lest, oh no! we end up with blue, purple, or neon orange foot!
I'm not really sure how this picture came about. Probably when I was snapping shots of the orange and white wonder. It is pretty though, those orange flowers peeking through make a nice touch.
